PRINCESS AMY

She ran towards me and gave me a big hug and held on for long and with smiles she said ‘ Aunty, I made a presentation in church today and I want to tell you all about it’ ‘Oh really, that’s great. Let’s go into the house first then we’ll chat. ’ She’s an adorable, six year old young lady with the love of God and her family in her heart. Looking at her and being around her opens my eyes to the love God has for us as his children and the reason Hebrews 13: 5-6 says that he will never leave us nor forsake us.       Heb 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.       Heb 13:6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. It is because God loves us unconditionally, without end and He loves doing good things for us. Isn’t that how we love our own children and want to do all that we can for them? Children a
REDEEMED FROM DESTRUCTION Completely healed...Glory to God! On the 20 th of August, my sister and some her friends were travelling to Lokoja from Abuja after a concert and they were involved in a ghastly accident. The vehicle they were in had a head-on collision with an oncoming vehicle and their car toppled over and somersaulted multiple times but all six of them in the vehicle came out alive…glory to God! They had some cuts and bruises so they were taken to a hospital to clean them up and run tests to be sure they didn’t have internal injuries. My sister got home (Lokoja) that evening with a very swollen face and her body in severe pains from the impact and the somersaulting. At that time she was the crown queen of her higher institution and was due to handover her crown to another queen; this was to take place on Saturday the 25 th of August…we really didn’t think she would make that event so we started to suggest that her school postpones the event for her to heal. That e

PRAISE REPORTs

Hello everyone, I'm sure you are starting your week on an amazing note! Don't get carried away by the activities of the start of a new week, rather focus on the goodness of God and how He DAILY loads us with benefits...even on Mondays! We will be bringing you testimonies, or you can call them praise reports, as often as possible to redirect our focus to God who does all things well; He is concerned about our well being and is eager to see us enjoy all the good things He has done for us. So when you hear what God has done, don't hesitate, rejoice, praise Him and tell others about it. Deu 10:21  He is thy praise, and he is thy God, that hath done for thee these great and terrible things, which thine eyes have seen. Psa 71:19  Thy righteousness also, O God, is very high, who hast done great things: O God, who is like unto thee! Psa 126:2-3  Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD hath done gr

First Post

Hi everyone, it is so amazing to be writing and actually posting on the blog…finally! It’s a dream I’ve had and carried in my heart for such a long time and I’m so glad that it’s finally here. Sometime in 2009 was the first time I thought of writing a blog but I wasn’t sure what it’ll be about and I got carried away with other things and a day job and the idea of a blog was taken off the stove and put in the freezer to cool. Then smack in 2014 I started to nurse the idea again after a prophecy was given in church and by the spirit of God we were asked to follow our hearts and write the songs, poems etc and generally yield to the promptings of our heart. It made sense for me to write! My early teenage years met me as some sort of a tomboy…lol with the baggy shorts and trousers, ‘rap mode’ tins, hanging out with guys and sharing with them my love for cars their specs and prices….weird right? Even though it didn’t last for long, it left a mark in me; I didn’t have many girlfri
