SUPERNATURAL PROVISION

Hello Beautiful People, for a few days now I have been thinking and meditating on God's provision for me, his mighty supply and how it translates to meeting my daily needs and I came across this article from one of my 'peeps' on instagram, Omon @beautycookstudio. It seems good to me to share this...please read and share with others.

Step into your field of provision.
I just love the story of Ruth, a poor Moabite widow in the old testament, who ended up marrying Boaz; one of the richest me in Bethlehem. It's a beautiful love story that reveals so much about our loving Lord, Jesus.

In the story, Boaz, who owns the field that Ruth is gleaning in, leaves an instruction for his men just as Ruth gets ready for her day's gleaning. When Ruth goes out to glean, she sees plenty of grains in the fields and simply picks them all up - it is the much needed provision for herself and her mother-in-law. What Ruth doesn't know is that Boaz actually commanded his men to "let grain from the bundles fall purposely for her" because she has found favor in his eyes.

Isn't it cool when Jesus, our heavenly Boaz, purposely commands the blessings on us and tells his angels to bring goods along our way? All we have to do is to go out into the fields and "pick them up". Beloved, because you have found favor in his eyes, the Lord is purposely dropping his blessings/benefits along your path every single day! Like Ruth, all you have to do is step out into your field of provision. With eyes of faith, see doors of opportunities opening before you. Have the courage to apply for that job you have always dreamed about. Prepare and equip yourself and go forth and pick up those blessings the Lord has already laid before you.

Your future is bright!

Truly friends, step out in faith...write those songs, poems, stories, apply for that job, talk to that person that needs help, preach the gospel to that loner or neighbour, follow the promptings in your heart/Spirit for therein lies prosperity, provision.

Have a great day.

CHANCE OR NOT

Ludo is quite an interesting game for me. I like it because I can think through and be strategic about my moves before making them and I can quickly recover from an opponent’s hard hit and make a comeback. Some say it’s a game of chance that can only be decided by a throw of the dice but then again, life hands us things sometimes that we must make the best out of. So this is my story… I was playing ludo with someone recently and the winner would be decided after five rounds of the game, so I cracked my knuckles, rolled up my sleeves, mentally psyched myself and thought “easy peasy, she can’t even stand my skills; I GAT THIS!!” So we started to play and yours truly was waving her bragging rights high in the sky like a banner for an upcoming election. The game was going in my favour… omo* I was on fire! Move after move, I frustrated all her efforts with my well thought out moves, my skills and years of experience playing the game. The score was now 4:1 and I was on my

Am I that much of an olodo (dunce)? Every interview they will say they will get back to me but I'll never hear from them again, how will i get the experience? Is it not when i actually work? Abeg I don tire to dey try and even when I decided to follow my heart and I started doing my craft, it was as if they have banned the purchase of my products. PERFECT IMPERFECTIONS

There they are, sitting bright and sunny perched delicately, waiting to be unwrapped to reveal the creamy yummy goodness that is so sweet and decadent, smoothe and cool to the touch. Yes; ripe and ready to eat bananas are fancy like that. Lol, perfect! right?! But what would you say about overripe bananas? Sitting at the back of the kitchen counter top or even closed away at the back of a kitchen cupboard; forgotten or on purpose left to grow and mature. It starts getting brighter but after a while dark brown spots and black patches begin to appear on them as they stay longer. They look off and unappealing, dark and unattractive but guess what they are still very PERFECT, discoloration and even time makes them perfect for the yummiest banana bread loafs and cakes like those from @sweetstuffkitchen. Okay okay, enough musings about bananas... FAM, don't wait to be perfect! your IMPERFECTIONS are what makes you unique, different and I dare say, PERFECT. Do not deprive humanity of your
