GOOD, GOOD FATHER!

Hey lovely people, it's amazing how the year is progressing and we are already at the end of May...wow amazing. It has been a great year already and God has shown up for me in several ways, how about you? How has God shown up for you? It will be great to receive your testimonies and great quests with God so far in this year, how God has been good to you and challenges or projects He has brought you through. God is faithful and he will never let you down; and he will never leave you stranded! He's a good God, a good Father.

There may be some people who think that the year is running by and they don't even stand a chance to achieve anything because "nothing seems to be working"...well I have a word for you:

Romans 8:31-35 (message translation)
Rom 8:31  So, what do you think? With God on our side like this, how can we lose?
Rom 8:32  If God didn't hesitate to put everything on the line for us, embracing our condition and exposing himself to the worst by sending his own Son, is there anything else he wouldn't gladly and freely do for us?
Rom 8:33  And who would dare tangle with God by messing with one of God's chosen?
Rom 8:34  Who would dare even to point a finger? The One who died for us--who was raised to life for us!--is in the presence of God at this very moment sticking up for us.
Rom 8:35  Do you think anyone is going to be able to drive a wedge between us and Christ's love for us? There is no way! Not trouble, not hard times, not hatred, not hunger, not homelessness, not bullying threats, not backstabbing, not even the worst sins listed in Scripture:

God is on our side and he will not leave us defenseless but we have to believe that! Sometimes we over analyze and 'worry' about the situation(s) we are in or the task/project we want to take on and by doing that we allow fear to take hold of our hearts and we pull back from it. If only we will believe God, how he's got us and step out in faith to do the things He has put in our hearts, then we will experience true success.

Fear is always present in our lives daily but we are not to yield to it, we have 365 instructions in the Bible to 'FEAR NOT', don't yield to fear...take that step in your business, marriage, job, relationship etc and allow your faith in God to rise up over fear.

"There's a time zone in the realm of the spirit called SUDDENLY; there's no time lapse there, the Glory is already upon you and the Glory is boundless, limitless."

These are words of prophecy spoken by Rev. Arome Adah of Savannah Ministries Int'l @savannahmins Do not consider how far the year has gone, do not think about your nation's economy or political stability, do not consider the 'times' only look to Jesus and like Romans 8:35 says...nothing can separate us from God's love, so step out and experience the Glory of God in this year 2016!

CHANCE OR NOT

Ludo is quite an interesting game for me. I like it because I can think through and be strategic about my moves before making them and I can quickly recover from an opponent’s hard hit and make a comeback. Some say it’s a game of chance that can only be decided by a throw of the dice but then again, life hands us things sometimes that we must make the best out of. So this is my story… I was playing ludo with someone recently and the winner would be decided after five rounds of the game, so I cracked my knuckles, rolled up my sleeves, mentally psyched myself and thought “easy peasy, she can’t even stand my skills; I GAT THIS!!” So we started to play and yours truly was waving her bragging rights high in the sky like a banner for an upcoming election. NO INDEPENDENT THOUGHT

Are there are times when you start to think about your life, about how far you have come but not really making a head way, who you started your journey with and how far they have gone and how you have not gone that far? We graduated together oh, 1st class sef and she's working with a multinational company, married to an amazing man with 2 well spaced kids and in all that time I can't even find me a man to call my own.'  "Why is it that I can't get a job? Am I that much of an olodo (dunce)? Every interview they will say they will get back to me but I'll never hear from them again, how will i get the experience? Is it not when i actually work? PERFECT IMPERFECTIONS

There they are, sitting bright and sunny perched delicately, waiting to be unwrapped to reveal the creamy yummy goodness that is so sweet and decadent, smoothe and cool to the touch. Yes; ripe and ready to eat bananas are fancy like that. Lol, perfect! right?! But what would you say about overripe bananas? Sitting at the back of the kitchen counter top or even closed away at the back of a kitchen cupboard; forgotten or on purpose left to grow and mature. It starts getting brighter but after a while dark brown spots and black patches begin to appear on them as they stay longer. They look off and unappealing, dark and unattractive but guess what they are still very PERFECT, discoloration and even time makes them perfect for the yummiest banana bread loafs and cakes like those from @sweetstuffkitchen. Okay okay, enough musings about bananas... FAM, don't wait to be perfect! your IMPERFECTIONS are what makes you unique, different and I dare say, PERFECT. Do not deprive humanity of your
