Hey Beautiful people, I know it's been a while and I've left you wondering shey...I apologize for that but it's all for the great stuff that will be coming soon on the blog. A lot of work has been going on for a couple of weeks now and I promise you great things are coming your way to inspire you and help keep the directional signs in your spirit glowing bright (in dark places) so make sure you keep coming back for more (follow us so you do not miss out on anything) and tell at least 2 of your friends about the blog.
Women are truly one of the most influential beings on the planet! It is amazing how a growing child forms his or her opinions from the actions and words of mostly his/her mother, people around too o but mostly mum. The way women nurture, the strength of their character and personality, their continued sacrifices for people around them; whether you deserve it or not, the need to know/be sure that everyone is fine and more takes its root from the way God created us women to function.
Mums make sure everyone has eaten and is okay before they get to their own plate and they still share it with the 'Oliver twists' of the home. They teach you how to love and respect others and grow in the fear of God...not fear as in dread but reverence. My mum made me, my sisters and brother see how simple and easy it is to talk to God; not in bulky, verbose phrases and pleas but in respectful, casual conversation knowing that He is all powerful yet your friend and helper.
I really love my Mummy and I admire her for how steadfast she stood, constantly having my dad's back even when he was making it hard for her to do that and I now see how God has given women that strength of heart and tenacity to believe the best in people.
If you feel like I'm talking about a strange breed of women then I dare say that you are in the wrong circles and should look into the lives of some women in the bible and women around you who placed their lives as ransom for others; they stood in the gap, spent all their money for their children/other children to have an education, they fought for the rights of others with little consideration to theirs and they used their influence for God, for others, nations, very important people; enemies and allies alike.
RUTH: Abandoned her own life to cater for and help her mother in law...yes, her mother in law! She didn't consider her age, or recently updated marital status to 'widow' and how she has a chance of remarrying and living a better life for HERSELF, after all she didn't have kids for the guy before he passed so she will just start life on a clean slate...NO! While she was sowing the seed of her time and love to Naomi God brought love and wealth to her on a platter.
ESTHER: Sacrificed her comfort and luxury as the King's bride to pray for her nation and risked her life to influence the king to favor her and her righteous cause. God saw her faith and honoured her and He covered her with His glory and favor so the King could do her no harm but welcomed her into his presence.

WOMAN AT THE WELL
DELILAH: Can you believe how Delilah had Samson wrapped around her finger...lol. She had influence no doubt but it was negative and against God's will. See where it landed her and her people...they were wasted by Samson! Be on God's side o...it pays all the time.
OJONUGWA ADAH: My Precious Pst Nugwa...if you want to know what I think about her and her influence please click here.
TARA FELA DUROTOYE
GRACE JUMMAI ABUTU: has children all over the world that are not even aware of her motherhood. She adopts them as her heart reaches out to them on TV (or where ever), she spends time in prayer for their souls to be saved and for the eyes of their heart to be flooded with light and their hearts to be filled with God's love. She wins...all the time! She gave birth to 8 of us and she prays for each one of us (and the adopted ones like Tu-face) like we are the only child she has...amazing woman! I love you Mega Mummy!
Happy mother's week to you all and please exercise you Godly influences constantly...you don't know how it can save a soul.
