It has been a great year already and God has shown up for me in several ways, how about you? How has God shown up for you? The sun dries out my clothes on the days I choose to hand wash and air dry them, mehnnn...those days are usually occupied with back and forth hand swiping motions across my face 'trying' to get rid of the dripping excess body fluid because of the heat from the sun. Talking about heat makes my body tingle in a not so good way from the current highs of temperature around the central and northern Nigeria, oh boy...the heat is much!! The glow ball keeps its heat and shine constantly! It generates light, heat, shine, energy and if I'm not mistaken, the entire solar system revolves around the sun as the centre piece. Hi everyone, hope you are having a good day. this is Wednesday and some would like to say they have sooo much work to do or some would say they are approaching the weekend. I would like to say it's time to indulge you in my weekly banter...yipee! This was 2011...at my wedding! So I hosted the lovely children (between the ages of 5 & 15) from the children's church of Savannah Grace Chapel Abuja @savannahmins to a slumber party and wow did I have loads of fun! The theme for the slumber party was "PLAY AND PRAY" I honestly didn't think I'll be able to have as much fun as I did but the children were simply amazing and I learnt a lot from them. People have become imitators of others; people they call mentors, celebrities, their parents or siblings, friends and even random individuals, all in the bid to be accepted or something like that. With this beautiful age of social media with Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat etc and reality shows, people have easy and unrestricted access to people’s ‘fake’ lives whether private or public and as you constantly feast on these shows and these profiles in the name of entertainment or keeping up with trends you start to change.
